As mentioned in one of my earlier articles upon climate leadership and climate action, greenhouse gases are gases in Earth´s atmosphere that absorb and emit radiation, causing an “artificial” greenhouse effect that warms our planet. The primary greenhouse gases in Earth´s atmosphere include water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane and ozone.
